Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).
- We are happy to provide our guests with traffic and weather information on their day of departure.

A palace of the highest order
Mountains, meadows and farms as far as the eye can see – this is the view from the terrace of the Land Palais in Selva dei Molini in Ahrntal Valley. Located some 2.5 kilometres from the village centre, its offers peace and relaxation in natural surroundings together with every comfort, from a gym to an indoor pool.
Landlady Ursula cares for well-being of her guests while husband Hermann is a source of excellent suggestions for tours and walks. Mr and Mrs Plaickner have fulfilled their dream with the Land Palais, as can be seen from the dedication with which they run their family enterprise. Their motto is “less is more”: they love and enjoy life in the country and the Palais is a real gem. A healthy way of life combined with the protection of the environment is their highest priority, with energy produced from geothermal, solar and photovoltaic sources. The apartments are characterised by a love for detail and the guests are cared for equally as affectionately.
There is a comprehensive offer for holidaymakers, from running training and diet weeks to nutritional advice and individual coaching. The fresh preparation of all meals completes the guests’ well-being. A high chair, baby bed, changing mat and bottle-warmer are all available for children.
