Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).
- We are happy to provide our guests with traffic and weather information on their day of departure.

Haus Thusnelda is located at Seis-Siusi, directly beneath the Seiser Alm. The house is surrounded by wide meadows and the wander-ful forest of Laranz, turning it into an oasis of mere quiet, without being isolated: the village center is only one kilometer, the cable car to the Seiser Alm two kilometers away. Not far from the house there is a bus stop which connects Haus Thusnelda with the village and a variety of destinations in the surroundings. A public swimming pool with tennis court and a riding stable with petting zoo are also nearby. The deckchairs and a little wooden hut in the garden offer blissful relaxation with a breathtaking view of the village and the legendary Sciliar mountain!
Stefan Trocker is the landlord at Haus Thusnelda. His parents, the former landlords, actively support him by taking care of the house, the garden and the flowers – and of the guests, of course. There is surely no shortage of hiking tips here! Sustainability is a must at Haus Thusnelda: a solar energy system warms up the water, wood from the surrounding forests is used for heating and the electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system of the house.
Guests praise the fantastic view, the relaxing position close to the hiking area of the Seiser Alm and the natural wood fittings of the holiday apartments of Haus Thusnelda.
