Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.

Anyone looking for peace, quiet and relaxation in a cosy atmosphere will love Waldhaus in Nova Ponente. 1.5 km from the village centre, the sunny spot makes the perfect base for fantastic hikes in the mountains or walks with rewarding views. The little ones and grown-ups will be entertained by the bowling alley and sandpit, while the towns of Bozen – Bolzano and Meran – Merano are there for a day trip. Views may be glimpsed of the Ortler area, while the Latemar and Rosengarten mountains are there to be discovered up close.
Anna has been renting out holiday flats since 2000 and is lent a helping hand by her husband and son. They make sure that guests always have a comfortable, relaxing place to come back to after an eventful day.
Waldhaus is a great place to have some holiday fun or to relax in during both summer and winter. Obereggen ski slopes feature well-groomed pistes, cross-country ski runs and winter walking paths. The lush green meadows and woodlands, on the other hand, are perfect for walks of any difficulty in summer. Cycling, playing tennis, golf or horse riding – it's all possible here!
