Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

A sunny location with the feelgood factor
he Haus Parigger is situated on the sunny side of the idyllic Ratschings Valley, on the western edge of the part of the village known as Bichl: the apartments are close to the forest, yet just 800 metres away from the village centre with its bars, restaurants and the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort, making the guesthouse an ideal starting point for days out skiing and hiking. The garden too offers plenty of space for sunbathing and restoring energy levels, with fine views of the surrounding mountains such as the Wilde Kreuzspitze.
The Pariggers have been renting out their apartments for over 30 years now. Since 2019 husband Manfred and wife Eleonora have been in charge: their priority is to ensure that each guest enjoys a relaxing, stress-free stay, while Manfred’s parents Anna and Gabriel look after the house and garden. Children David and Emma also look forward to meeting new visitors and finding new playmates.
Guests of the Haus Parigger are quick to praise the holiday apartments, which are well-maintained and simply, yet comfortably furnished: they are also delighted with the summer leisure activities organised in cooperation with the Sterzing-Ratschings Tourist Board. Guests can also benefit from the “activeCARD”, included in the room price, which offers free use of public transport and lift facilities as well as museum entry at no charge.
