Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
- We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
- Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).
- We are happy to provide our guests with traffic and weather information on their day of departure.

The beautiful garden of the Chalet Prades, located just 150 metres from the centre of La Villa, is right next to the Piz-la-Ila ski lift. There are sun loungers, tables, benches and a barbecue for the use of guests, as well as magnificent views of the Sella massif, the Fanes group and the Puez-Geisler Nature Park. The famous Gran Risa World Cup piste can also be seen from here.
Landlady Roswitha runs the establishment on a full-time basis and takes good care of her guests. She is friendly and welcoming, looking after her apartments with great attention to every detail. Husband Erwin is always pleased to offer guests excellent suggestions for hiking tours and winter sports in the surrounding area, while their children are always pleased to have new friends to play with.
The Chalet offers new, stylishly furnished apartments: sustainability is ensured by the solar panels and district heating system, as well as the regional produce served at breakfast, which can on request be served in their apartments.
