Schuischta Mountain Apartments    

The Schuischta Mountain Apartments are located at the entrance to the natural paradise of the Fischlein Valley, only a few minutes on foot from the shops and restaurants of the village of Moos near Sexten. Set in the midst of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, these five high-quality, generously equipped holiday apartments look out onto the majestic peaks of the “Sexten Sundial” and the summit of the Helm. A cross-country ski trail runs directly from the apartments to the skiing area in winter, while in summer the large garden and terrace are perfect for barbecuing, relaxing or making holiday plans. Finally, the Schuischta Mountain Apartments are an ideal starting point for hikes, skiing adventures and cycling tours. There is a bus stop just twenty metres away, meaning that you can also explore the area around the famous Drei Zinnen, the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, with no need to take your car.

The Schuischta is a family-run establishment with a welcoming ambience: the hostess, Kathrin Summerer, is there for every need. Her passion for the Schuischta began with her planning of the authentic and sustainable interior design, which was largely her own work. The wood from the original building has been reused with great attention to detail to produce a modern interpretation of a no-frills yet cosy place to call home. As a ski instructor and nature lover, Kathrin is also delighted to offer her guests tips for skiing, hiking and biking tours.

Upon request, she can provide a bread roll service, guided hikes, guided snowshoe excursions and personal ski lessons. Each 7-day stay includes free entry to the swimming pool and spa area of the Hotel Bad Moos. Does it all sound like a comfortable holiday? It most certainly is!
